Customized sizing is based on item measurements taken in inches, not body measurements. Bust is measured from one side only, length is measured from the shoulder to the bottom, and sleeves are measured from the shoulder to the wrist. These measurements help ensure the fit matches your preference.

Orders can be placed directly through our website by selecting a size or submitting customized measurements.

Please review all your information before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact our team within one hour. We will try to assist you, but if your order has already entered processing, we may not be able to change the size or any details.

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, TABBY, and TAMARA.

Processing time usually ranges between 3 and 21 working days. This may vary depending on busy seasons and the type of item.

Once dispatched, UAE delivery is next day. International delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days.

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping fees are shown at checkout and are paid by the customer.

Yes. Ready-to-wear pieces can be delivered urgently, with two-day delivery inside the UAE and around 4 to 7 working days internationally. For customized orders, urgent production may be possible depending on availability. Contact our WhatsApp team to check if an urgent request can be arranged.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for abayas, except for under-abaya sets. Returns and exchanges are available only within the UAE.
